4 large apples
1/3 cup rolled oats
1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1 cup apple cider
1 tablespoon minced crystalized ginger
Fat free Greek yogurt

How to Make It

Begin by preheating your oven to 375°F. Next, remove the stems and the cores from the apple. It is important that you don’t cut all the way through when coring the apples. You want to leave the bottom intact.

In a spate bowl, mix the pecans, honey, oats and ginger. When well blended, add in 1/3 cup of apple cider. Then mix well. Next, spray the bottom of a baking dish and place the cored apples on it.
